I love this if I imagine it's a classic moment, a theme from a bygone era. I don't love it so much if this is supposed to be anywhere near contemporary as I'm pretty sure that's a pretty damn stupid way to let your kid ride.
But I do like it a lot.

That reminds me of pretty much every road trip I had as a kid, I would get up around 4 am to head from NY to PA. I would fall asleep until I reached the border of NYC, I would get woken up by a the winding roads into the city. There would be almost no cars on the road, the only things there were darkened buildings and a lone BMW 540i. I loved the Holland/Lincoln tunnels because I always knew my dad was going to floor it and the sound bouncing off the walls was beautiful. Life was a hell of a lot simpler back then. One of the oldest memories I have was when I was in my father's old Lincoln LSC, I remember it used to have these unique looking seat belts with a starbust like pattern and that they would get really hot because both the exterior and interior were black.

Those are always the best memories to go back to. Those road trips when you were a little kid, when that 5 hour trip may as well been 5 days, and all those little fun facts you would hear we actually new to you.
